Everyone craves that gorgeous lovely skin. But what do we really do to get it? Today I will give you some tips on how to get and maintain your skin.
1. Don't go to bed with makeup: Never ever ever sleep with makeup, makeup left overnight seeps into your pores, clogs them and congests your skin.
2. Wash your skin twice a day one to get the make up off and another to wash the skin itself.
3.Use facial mask regularly: If you don't have one make one yourself use mashed banana or avocado even plain yoghurt works well.
4. Keep your face covered when in the sun use hats, sunshades or even face caps and use sunscreens.
5. Eat fresh foods and drink lots of water. Eat a lot of vegetables fruits and nuts and don't forget lots of water.
6. Treat your skin gently: Never pull tug or scrub your facial skin. Be very careful while moisturising and applying make up on it to avoid skin damage and wrinkles.
7. Finally let go of stress: Stress can show on your face no matter how much you take care of your skin so relax, go out, watch movies, have fun do things you enjoy and love. Your face is a reflection of whats going on inside of your mind.
