Cellulite

Cellulite refers to persistent subcutaneous fat causing dimpling of skin especially on women's legs and thighs.

Approximately 85% of women experience a Cellulite problem and it’s accumulated most commonly in the thighs. Cellulite is far from the end of the world and it is reality. Keeping a positive body image should be your first focus.

CAUSES
Different things can add to the risk of getting cellulite.

Puberty: Once you begin puberty, your body will start to produce more estrogen, which, as we learned causes the body to store more fat. Women generally carry fat in their thighs, buttocks and hips, which is most commonly where cellulite is found.

Unhealthy, processed food diet: About 90% of women have cellulite while only about 10% of men have it in industrial nations. Countries that have less pre-packaged or preservative full foods see less cases of cellulite. Cut down consumption of preservative foods and go for fresh fruits and Vegetables with whole, fresh grains e.t.c.

Aging: You can’t really do much about this one either, but since the issue between cellulite and aging is that the skin loses its elasticity, you can begin to focus more on making sure you’re eating the correct foods to keep your skin healthy and supple.

Genetics: As usual, some people are simply more prone to carrying weight than others. This doesn’t mean that you’re doomed to have cellulite for the rest of time, but it does mean you’ll have to work a lot harder to keep it at bay.

Smoking: Cellulite is more prevalent in smokers. Why? Cigarette smoke reduces blood vessel flow, weakens and disrupts the formation of collagen, which allows for the connective tissue to become stretched and damaged. This makes it easier for the fat to show through.

Remedies

1. Anti-cellulite Recipe
Cayenne pepper also know as red chilli pepper has the ability to help burn fat, reduce toxins and the appearance of cellulite, increase blood circulation and boost metabolism.
 1-2 Spoons of Cayenne Pepper
 1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
 Juice of 1 Lemon
Add the Cayenne Pepper to a glass of warm water. Add the grated ginger. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixture. Mix and drink it once or twice daily for 1-2 months.

   Coffee
1/2 cup ground coffee
1/4 cup sugar (any kind)
11/4 cup avocado or olive oil
Mix ingredients together and rub on problem areas in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rinse off.
Caffeine improves circulation and will visibly reduce cellulite using this twice weekly.

2. Dry  Brushing
This helps with circulation, it promotes cell skin renewal, tighter skin, and blood flow. Not to mention makes the skin super soft and smooth by removing dead skin cells.

3. Massage
This also helps with circulation, regular body massages help to aid circulation and break down fat which removes toxins and other waste from the body.
It's not really necessary to visit massage parlors since sny type of massage will help circulation, so just choose a type that you enjoy and stick with that. You don’t even really need another person to massage you; you can do it yourself in the comfort of your own home.

Exercise
Losing fat will help to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Workouts, such as jogging, are best for burning fat. However, they must also be used with a weight training regime so that the muscle can build out and burn fat more effectively.
