Beauty Tips For Glowing Skin



We all crave beautiful glowing and healthy skin free from freckles aches pimples black heads and other skin problems. Below are a few tips to help in achieving and getting glowing and healthy skin.


1. Don't go to bed with makeup.

2.  Moisturize daily

3. Wash your face twice a day.

4. Keep your face covered when in the sun with sunglasses and hats.

5. Eat fresh food and drink lots of  water aleast 8 cups a day.

6. Let go of stress.

7. Don't smoke, this robs the skin of its vitality and makes the skin develop wrinkles quickly.

8. Do not share make up or make up tools.

9. Get enough sleep at least eight hours a night.

10. Get a regular dose of vitamin C.

11. Hydrate your skin by using cold water to rinse after washing your face.

12. Engage in physical activities like indoor
aerobic exercises.

13. Exfoliate daily.

14. Avoid hot water bath, although it feels great it's not really healthy for skin so bath with cold water to help open pores and to properly hydrate your skin.

15. Don't scratch, squeeze or tweeze your face be gentle with it.

16. Avoid eating food that are high in fat.

17. Use facial mask regularly.

18. Invest in good face cleansers.

19. Clean makeup brushes and sponge regularly.

20. Eat lots of fruits and buy lots of organic oil.
